Bioflex Day Shred is perfectly designed for a morning boost. It contains a combination of ingredients which can lead to increased metabolism and feeling full, as well as increased fat oxidation during exercise.

Can be taken first thing in the morning, or as an added boost right before a workout - but we recommend only if you're working out earlier in the day, otherwise it may keep you awake!

It’s important that Day Shred is used in combination with appropriate diet and exercise for best results.

Directions

Mix 5.7g (approximately 1 round scoop) with 200-300ml of water. Best consumed first thing in the morning.

Use of Day Shred may change depending on your diet and goals. Consume no more than one serve per day.
