Vegan Choc Cashew Bites
- 120g cashew nuts
- 20g coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 2 scoops Bioflex Nutrition BioLife
- 40g vegan dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Remove from blender and roll into bites.
- If too wet, add an extra tablespoon of BioLife.
- If too dry, add an extra tablespoon of milk.
- Best stored in the fridge for up to one week.
