Vegan Choc Cashew Bites

Dark Choc Vegan Cashew Bites

Makes 15  

Ingredients

  • 120g cashew nuts
  • 20g coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 2 scoops Bioflex Nutrition BioLife
  • 40g vegan dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Remove from blender and roll into bites.
  3. If too wet, add an extra tablespoon of BioLife.
  4. If too dry, add an extra tablespoon of milk.
  5. Best stored in the fridge for up to one week.
