Vanilla Chai Chia Pudding
- 1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
- 1 sachet Bioflex Nutrition Some Like it Hot in Vanilla Chai
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Toppings: berries, cacao nibs, coconut etc,
- Combine chia seeds and milk in a glass. Leave to rest for one hour.
- Stir chia seed mixture well. Add to a food processor and blend until thick.
- Stir in honey, Proflex and Some Like It Hot.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy with your choice of toppings.
- Can be made the night before.
- Best enjoyed within one day and stored in the fridge.
