Vanilla Chai Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
1 sachet Bioflex Nutrition Some Like it Hot in Vanilla Chai
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
Toppings: berries, cacao nibs, coconut etc,
Directions
Combine chia seeds and milk in a glass. Leave to rest for one hour.
Stir chia seed mixture well. Add to a food processor and blend until thick.
Stir in honey, Proflex and Some Like It Hot.
Serve in a glass and enjoy with your choice of toppings.
Can be made the night before.
Best enjoyed within one day and stored in the fridge.
