Vanilla Chai Chia Pudding

  • 1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla

  • 1 sachet Bioflex Nutrition Some Like it Hot in Vanilla Chai

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Toppings: berries, cacao nibs, coconut etc,



  1. Combine chia seeds and milk in a glass. Leave to rest for one hour.

  2. Stir chia seed mixture well. Add to a food processor and blend until thick.

  3. Stir in honey, Proflex and Some Like It Hot.

  4. Serve in a glass and enjoy with your choice of toppings.

  5. Can be made the night before.

  6. Best enjoyed within one day and stored in the fridge.
