Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bioflex Nutrition BioFurnace in Strawberry
  • 50g low fat cream cheese
  • 50g low fat smooth ricotta
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice - we used Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
  • 3 tablespoons natural strawberry jam
  • 6 strawberries - diced

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except strawberries in a processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add diced strawberries and stir through.
  3. Serve with your choice of dipping foods.
  4. Best used within 1-2 days.
