Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
Makes: 1-1.5 cups
- 1 scoop (30g) Bioflex Nutrition BioFurnace in Strawberry
- 50g low fat cream cheese
- 50g low fat smooth ricotta
- 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice - we used Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
- 3 tablespoons natural strawberry jam
- 6 strawberries - diced
- Place all ingredients except strawberries in a processor and blend until smooth.
- Add diced strawberries and stir through.
- Serve with your choice of dipping foods.
- Best used within 1-2 days.
