Peanut Butter Keto Slice
Makes 10 slices
150g crunchy peanut butter - we used Pic’s Peanut Butter
½ tablespoon cacao butter
5g vanilla bean paste
5g rice malt syrup
25g coconut flour
2 tablespoon cacao nibs
10ml coconut oil - melted
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with 2 or 3 tablespoons of water.
If mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of water.
Roll mixture out to 1 ½-2cm thickness. Place in the fridge to set.
When set, slice into rectangles with a sharp knife.
