Nutty Protein Muesli
Serves 1 - 2
1/2 scoop (15g) Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
3 tablespoons almond spread
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup oats
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Combine in a bowl oats, flax seeds, salt, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
In a separate bowl place almond spread, honey, essence and MCT Oil. Heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir well to combine.
Pour liquid mix into dry mix and combine well to ensure all dry mix is coated.
Evenly spread on a lined baking tray and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to one week.
