Nutty Protein Bites
- 100g peanuts
- 30g cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons honey or rice malt syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 30g almond meal
- 1/2 teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
- 1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons water or milk of choice
- Place nuts in a processor and blend until broken up, but still course. Pour into a separate bowl.
- Add all other ingredients and stir well.
- Take a teaspoon of mixture and roll into bites. You can roll through desiccated coconut if you like.
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
