Nutty Protein Bites
30g cashew nuts
2 tablespoons honey or rice malt syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
30g almond meal
1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
1-2 tablespoons water or milk of choice
Place nuts in a processor and blend until broken up, but still course. Pour into a separate bowl.
Add all other ingredients and stir well.
Take a teaspoon of mixture and roll into bites. You can roll through desiccated coconut if you like.
Store in the fridge for up to one week.
