Nutty Peanut Protein Bites

Makes 13  

Ingredients

  • 100g peanuts
  • 30g cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey or rice malt syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 30g almond meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
  • 1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons water or milk of choice

 

Directions

  1. Place nuts in a processor and blend until broken up, but still course. Pour into a separate bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir well.
  3. Take a teaspoon of mixture and roll into bites. You can roll through desiccated coconut if you like.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
