Bioflex's Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 80g quick oats
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
  • 1 scoop (30g) Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in vanilla
  • 1 cup milk of choice

 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a protein shaker, shake and pour into a serving glass.
  2. Place in the fridge to soak overnight.
  3. Serve with additional toppings such as coconut, nut spreads and fresh fruits. We topped ours with peanut butter and our ProtiBalls coated in coconut.
