Matcha Overnight Oats
- 80g quick oats
- 20g chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia
- 1 scoop (30g) Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in vanilla
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Place all ingredients in a protein shaker, shake and pour into a serving glass.
- Place in the fridge to soak overnight.
- Serve with additional toppings such as coconut, nut spreads and fresh fruits. We topped ours with peanut butter and our ProtiBalls coated in coconut.
