Kane's High Protein Ice Cream
This is a high protein, moderate fat and low carb recipe option to have before bed or as a clean dessert. It serves one to two people depending how hungry you are!
10 ice blocks
200ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
*Optional ¼ cup sweetener
Combine ice, almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter, cinnamon, sweetener and salt in a powerful bullet or blender.
Scoop into a bowl and consume plain or alternately you can add a banana or berries as a topping.
