Jam Donut Protein Pancakes
1 packet of Bioflex Cinnamon Protein Pancakes
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3c (30g) raspberries – mashed
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 Tbsp no added sugar maple syrup
Mash your raspberries with vanilla essence and set aside.
Mix your pancakes as directed and heat a pan.
Use coconut oil to cook if you wish. Pour a tablespoon of mix and allow to start cooking. Swirl in some of your raspberry mix to the top of the pancake. Continue to cook before flipping and cooking the other side.
Serve with your toppings scatted overtop.
