Honey Walnut Protein Bites
- 1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
- 60g walnuts
- 40g cashews
- 40g almond spread
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil - melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. The mix may appear crumbly but should come together when pressed in hands.
- Shape into balls and roll through desiccated coconut if desired.
- Best stored in the fridge for up to five days.
