Cranberry Cashew Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • ยฝ cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 scoop BioFurnace Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter or alternative nut spread
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (we used almond)

Directions

  1. Blitz everything in a food processor then roll into approximately 15 x 25g balls!

These are delicious as is, or you can roll them through coconut.
