Bioflex Coconut Vegan Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bioflex Nutrition BioLife in Vanilla
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 2 tablespoons molasses or maple syrup
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Remove mix from processor and roll into ten even sized balls.
  3. Best stored in the fridge for up to one week.
  4. These can be frozen if desired.
