Choc Mint Protein Pancakes
- 1 packet of Bioflex Chocolate Protein Pancakes *
- 1 tsp peppermint essence
- 2 squares dark chocolate – melted with 1 tsp coconut oil
- No added sugar maple syrup
- Shredded coconut
- Fresh raspberries
- Mint leaves to garnish
- Mix your pancakes as directed and add in 1 tsp peppermint essence. Heat your pan ready to cook.
- Use coconut oil to cook if you wish. Pour 1-2 tablespoon of mix and follow standard pancake method of cooking.
- While cooking melt your dark chocolate ready to drizzle.
- Serve with your toppings drizzled and scattered as you wish.
