Choc Mint Protein Pancakes Recipe

  • 2 squares dark chocolate – melted with 1 tsp coconut oil

  • No added sugar maple syrup

  • Shredded coconut

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Mint leaves to garnish


  1. Mix your pancakes as directed and add in 1 tsp peppermint essence. Heat your pan ready to cook.

  2. Use coconut oil to cook if you wish. Pour 1-2 tablespoon of mix and follow standard pancake method of cooking.

  3. While cooking melt your dark chocolate ready to drizzle.

  4. Serve with your toppings drizzled and scattered as you wish.
