Choc Cherry Tarts
For the base:
5 tablespoons hazelnut meal
2.5 tablespoons cocoa butter - melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
For the filling:
3 tablespoons smooth low fat ricotta
1 tablespoon milk or water
Mix all base ingredients well.
Press into a tart or multiple cupcake tins and set aside
Mix all filling ingredients and place into the tart cases.
Allow to set in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Top with cacao nibs and a drizzle of chocolate.
