Chia Seed Puddings

Chia Seed Puddings Recipe

These delicious chia seed pudding can be made with either peanut butter or berries. Simply decide which flavour you'd like and then add the selected ingredients in step 2!

Ingredients

For the Chia Pudding

  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons no added sugar maple syrup
  • 2 scoops Proflex salted caramel protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Optional: sweetener of choice
  • 1 banana - sliced

 

For the Ricotta Peanut Butter

  • 2 tablespoons smooth ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice - we use Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia

 

For the Ricotta Berry

  • 2 tablespoons smooth ricotta
  • 2 teaspoons freeze dried berry powder (or 5 mashed raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice - we use Bulk Nutrients Sweetvia

 

Directions

  1. In a shaker combine water, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and protein powder. Shake well to combine. In a bowl mix in chia seeds. Place in fridge and allow to set for over an hour. Stir after thirty minutes.
  2. Mix ricotta with choice of either peanut butter or berries and set aside.
  3. In a glass or bowl, layer chia seed blend, banana slices and chosen ricotta mix. Top with additional chia mix.
  4. Place in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy!

Optional toppings: berries, honey, granola.
