Berry and Banana Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients
½ banana - frozen
6 strawberries - frozen
30g raspberries - frozen
100g natural yogurt
30g Bioflex Nutrition BioLife in Vanilla
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
100ml milk of choice
For Toppings
Banana - sliced
Strawberries - sliced
Shredded coconut
Cacao nibs
Pistachios
Coconut sugar
Dark chocolate - melted
Toasted muesli – recipe below
Directions
Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl.
Add desired toppings.
Enjoy immediately.
Toasted Peanut Butter Muesli
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oats
1/2 tablespoon walnuts
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
1 tablspoon coconut oil - melted
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients
Melt coconut oil and stir through peanut butter until well combined. Add to dry ingredients and stir well.
Heat a frying pan to medium-high.
Toast until golden.
Remove from heat and store in airtight container until ready to use.
