Ingredients

  •  1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
  • 120 grams dried apricots
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 80 grams cashew nuts - soaked
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • Pistachios to coat - crushed

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Roll in crushed pistachios to coat.
  3. Best stored in the fridge for up to one week.
