Apricot And Pistachio Bites
1 scoop Bioflex Nutrition Proflex in Vanilla
120 grams dried apricots
1 tablespoon coconut flour
80 grams cashew nuts - soaked
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Pistachios to coat - crushed
Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until well combined.
Roll in crushed pistachios to coat.
Best stored in the fridge for up to one week.
