High Protein Winter Oats

Ingredients

For the Brown Sugar Cinnamon and Tahini Variety

  • 1 sachet Bioflex Nutrition BioOats in Cinnamon Brown Sugar

  • 150ml water or milk of choice - we used almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon tahini

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Toppings:

  • Pistachio pieces - chopped

  • 2 strawberries - chopped

  • Apricot pieces - chopped

For the Chocolate and Coconut Variety

Toppings:

  • Sprinkle of chocolate chips

  • Shredded coconut

  • Drizzle of melted chocolate

For the Choc Chip Cookie Dough Variety

Toppings:

  • Sprinkle of chocolate chips

  • Drizzle of almond butter

  • Sprinkle of almonds - chopped

For the Coconut and Turmeric Variety

  • 1 sachet Bioflex Nutrition BioOats in Cinnamon Brown Sugar

  • 150ml water or milk of choice - we used coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric 

Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut

  • Mango pieces

  • Sprinkle of currants

  • Sprinkle of seeds

Directions

  1. Place BioOats in a bowl.

  2. Add liquid and stir well.

  3. Place in microwave on high for approximately 60 to 90 seconds.

  4. Remove from microwave and top with desired toppings.
