Banana Choc Chip Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bioflex Nutrition BioFurnace or Proflex in Vanilla

  • 200g bananas

  • 30g oats

  • 100g sweetener of choice - Natvia

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 100g coconut oil or organic butter

  • 200g dark chocolate chips

  • 300g wholemeal flour

Directions

  1. Melt the butter or coconut oil.

  2. In a separate bowl, mash the banana and add in the egg, butter, vanilla, milk and sweetener. Stir well.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. 

  4. Place 2-3 tablespoons of mix to each cupcake case (they won't rise much).

  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes - Keep an eye on them.

  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from cases, and placing onto a wire rack.

  7. Best stored in an airtight container once cooled for up to 5 days.
