Chocolate and Pistachio Protein Bark
150g dark chocolate
80g pistachios - shelled and crushed
Pinch of sea salt
Line an 8 x 8 inch cooking pan with baking paper.
Melt the dark chocolate over the stove or in the microwave on a low heat.
Once fully melted stir through protein powder until smooth.
Pour into the lined tin.
Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and sea salt.
Allow to set in the fridge for 20 minutes before breaking apart.
Best stored in the fridge.
