Rich Chocolate Protein Panna Cotta


Makes 4



  1. Place gelatin, sweetener of choice, cocoa, vanilla essence and boiling water in a bowl and stir until all of the gelatin has dissolved.

  2. In a separate bowl stir protein through coconut cream.

  3. Slowly add coconut cream mix to gelatin mix and stir well.

  4. Pour into 4 ramekins. 

  5. Place in the fridge to set. Best left overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.

  6. Best consumed within 2-3 days.
