Rich Chocolate Protein Panna Cotta
1 teaspoon gelatin powder
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup coconut cream
Place gelatin, sweetener of choice, cocoa, vanilla essence and boiling water in a bowl and stir until all of the gelatin has dissolved.
In a separate bowl stir protein through coconut cream.
Slowly add coconut cream mix to gelatin mix and stir well.
Pour into 4 ramekins.
Place in the fridge to set. Best left overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
Best consumed within 2-3 days.
