Vegan Choc Coconut Bowl

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1-2 scoops (30-60g) Bioflex Nutrition BioFurnace, Proflex or BioLife in Chocolate

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen coconut - we got ours from Woolworths 

  • 1/2 cup chocolate flavoured almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons almond spread 

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar

Optional toppings:

  • Banana - sliced

  • Muesli or granola

  • Nut spread to drizzle

  • Shredded coconut

  • Dairy free choc chips

Directions 

  1. Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into bowls.

  3. Add desired amount and choice of toppings. 

  4. Best eaten immediately.
