Summer Fruits Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Bioflex Nutrition BioFurnace or Proflex in Vanilla

  • 1-2 (140g for 2) frozen bananas*

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 3-4 crushed ice cubes

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice 

  • 2 tablespoons Greek or coconut yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1-2 teaspoons sweetener of choice - For example: maple syrup, rice malt syrup, honey.

*Tip: Freeze bananas out of skins. Otherwise the skins become hard to peel from frozen.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined and creamy.

  2. serve immediately.

  3. Top with choice of fruits, muesli, coconut etc.
