Summer Fruits Smoothie Bowl
1-2 (140g for 2) frozen bananas*
1/2 cup frozen berries
3-4 crushed ice cubes
3/4 cup milk of choice
2 tablespoons Greek or coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1-2 teaspoons sweetener of choice - For example: maple syrup, rice malt syrup, honey.
*Tip: Freeze bananas out of skins. Otherwise the skins become hard to peel from frozen.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined and creamy.
Top with choice of fruits, muesli, coconut etc.
