Directions

A typical dose of BioFurnace is 30g – one rounded scoop. This can be consumed with water or milk, however if weight loss is the intended goal, water is the better choice. Typically people consume BioFurnace 1 – 2 times a day.

Use of BioFurnace will depend on the goal of users and current diet. It can be used as a “meal replacement” type substitute once a day, or can be used before or after training to assist recovery, protein synthesis while creating a thermogenic effect.
